How much cardio exercies should I do when am trying to build muscle? And how many day
During this time I lift weights one day and some cardio to the next. I can run up to 10 miles at the time, but I heard that a long time to break down muscle. But I have to do some kind of cardio to burn fat from personal. So, should do as much shooting (distance or time)?

I know a lot of ppl today are endomorphs its hard to keep the fat (im in the same boat) if ur not getting enough protein added with a solid exercise program .. u did not win a lot. + Other aspects of the diet should be ur clean under the aspect of race .... try to go through web search and HIIT training ... easier and more effective ... 10 miles not only start burning and muscle protein, but the development is not good ur slow fibers if you can afford it in ur routine .. mix in circuit training to keep your heart rate to burn fat and calories |
In order to build muscles you must watch cardio amount you do.
I would not do more than 2 times per week but that is me and this works for me. Find out the balance where you wont loose muscles but still able to do cardio as this is important for your heart. |

depending on what morph u are.. if ur an endomorph .. RUN UR ASS OF ..LOL if ur a ectomorph, RUN LIKE HELL FROM IT,,, LOL andif u a mesomorph u pretty much can go either way with cardio.. lol... the number one killer in muscle lost is cardio !!!!!!! due to the release of cortisol into the bloodstream tht feeds off of muscle for energy.. or u could watch what u eat and clean up ur diet and tht will pretty much keep u within ok peramitiers as far as keeping the fat off...
