always, bro, squats and deadlifts are done always by me only with small exceptions. I can feel how these exercises work.

Every week with my leg routine bud :)

once a week for 20 reps in 4 sets.

I use the Smith Machine, much safer for me since I workout without a spotter.

Religiously.

i also use a smith machine as i dont have a spot , i squat on leg day which is always every monday no matter what .lol

Every 4th day!
