"Exactly as the title says, you need to become best friends with pain. Make no mistake whatever your goal is, it'll require training to make it happen and during the course of*this training you'll encounter pain, and lots of it. I won't go into the nitty gritty as to why but in order to simplify things I'll tell you that the body must be forced to adapt in order to actually adapt. Your body will always want to take the path of least resistance, so the only way to actually make things happen is to force yourself through gut wrenching sets or nerve jolting HIIT cardio sessions when your body and mind keep telling you that you shouldn't carry on.*I've always been a true believer that this is the mindset of champions, the "never say die" attitude that could be true of every single one of our members.*Next time you enter that gym I want you to face your demons,

Heavy squats 5DAW , deads 3DAW and sprints 3 days a week and high volume, lots of pain and doms!


It hurts to sit and go pee!

What also helped me were doing drop sets my first set of every exercise. Normally you have a partner who can help you push through the last 2-3, but with drop sets you can do it yourself with the same hurt and effect. I normally do 5 drop sets my first set and I've never had better results other than when I trained with a partner.

sometimes i tend to run form a certain manuver thinking tht it will work itslef out with something else when i know tht it wont.. thanks eazy for tht reminder...
