Don’t Train More Than Four Days Per Week
There’s no need for anyone to spend more than four days per week in the gym.
You don’t grow when you’re training; you grow when you’re recovering. Training is simply the stimu - lus. Once you’ve applied the stimulus you have to allow the adaptation to take place. This can never happen if you’re always breaking yourself down. Rest is essential. Too many people are still obsessed with the “more is better” attitude, yet those are the ones who never seem to get anywhere. Week after week, month after month, year after year they look exactly the same and are no stronger |
As long as you don't spend more then 45 minutes a day fella
|

I train 5 days a week when im off in the summers from the busy season at work. So no bodypart is ever worked twice in 7 days other than legs which I train twice a week. Its has been my main factor in the growth department as opposed to other routines. Im normally in and outa the gym within an hr or less during my HEAVY days, 45 mins for my average to lighter days.
