hi i got a quick question.
people in the gym have been telling me if i do the bike after weight training it will help burn more fat that bike before weight training but other people tell me the opposite?!? which is correct bike before or after training ? |

apparently cardio after training is something like 300% more effective.
if you can do it.. then great, if not then fit it in where you can. the key to burning fat is in the calorific deficit - not when you do cardio |
