Biceps
If your doing biceps, finish off with pull ups to really fatigue the muscle! Power up and lower back down slowly for a period of 3-6 seconds, do this until you fatigue! Tell us how it works for you!

Make sure it's reverse grip pull ups to really target the biceps

I did this in my last training routine, worked great. I now am doing drop set 21's with barbell at the end to really burn them out. I will go 3 sets no rest in between sets, burns like hell.
