Is this a good meal plan for muscle building? I usually eat a gram of protein per body weight a day. I break that up into six meals. And in those six meals i use one cup of carbs(rice ,pasta, potato. Etc) what are your thoughts
you are your best judge bro...keep track of your food adjust as needed,thats as simple as i can put it.What works for me may not work for you. Jus track your progress,make adjustments as you see fit!
