lamb and beef I get dirt cheap so I also eat quite bit all year
see im fan of cutting carbs when cutting so increase protein and fats to counter so fats never bother me at all

Know the feeling!

Yet it's ok to eat carbs by the bucket and then blame genetics for being gross. I think the media are finally coming around to the fact that fat, as such, doesn't make you fat. And it doesn't ruin your health like sugar and flour. Unless it's man made/altered fat.

If it isn't the fat then I'd love to know why your mate thinks pork is unhealthy?
