The Perfect Breakfast
This is what I am Now having for breakfast.
Perfect! 100g porridge oats with 500ml skimmed milk I sprinkle 5g creatine and 60g of whey protein on. This works out at: 780 calories 77g protein 96g carbs and 12g fat. Perfect start to the day. |
Now that's what I would call the perfect brekkie!

Looks good except i dont think i could drink that much milk for bfast(you must have really big glasses). Man I got to start eating more...

9 egg whites raw with OJ 3 cooked egg whites 1 bowl of oatmeal 4 pieces of bacon 2 waffels-wheat 1 yogurt 1/2 lbs of mix fruit/melons,grapes,strawberrys |
Sound gtg apart from the raw egg whites and oj that'll def make me hurl!

perfect breakfast for me is a full english while in bed brought on a silver plate by 2 or 3 hot strippers .... we can dream ay ;)
