There is a myth that if you eat before bed the food is not digested and is stored as fat... Since is simply untrue and the attached study showed that protein eaten before bed was not only fully digested and absorbed but it also increased protein synthesis levels. While the study used casein protein and protein source would likely elicit the same response. Do not be afraid to eat before bed!

I've never been afraid to eat before bed
We eat to grow, so why would you not eat when your body is about to go for 8 hours without any form of nutrition? It makes no sense what so ever |
