What’s the healthy mid-morning snack that get’s you through to lunch?

This is what I have been doing
1 cup greek yogurt 130 cal / 22pro /9 carb ½ cup blueberry's 40cal/.5pro/ 10.5 carb 1 scoop pumpkin seed protein 55cals/10pro/2carbs Mix all together with some stevia to sweeten Totals 225 cals / 32.5 pro / 21.5 carbs |
Boot sound nice ,so I will try both!:)
