I also have 1 cheat day a week, but unlike eazy I use the whole day to eat what I want, Pizza, Burgers, fries, cakes and ice cream whatever, one cheat day a week is good for the body and helps to speed up your metabolism.
If you have a cheat day you are less likely to cheat when eating strict for the rest of the week. It works well for me.

Good post.
I actually eat what i want whenever i want. Rarely are there brownies or cake around the house or ice cream. I really enjoy eating fish, steak and chicken. Brown rice its like heaven to me. But when i think about it everyday i might eat a bagel on one day or, hershey wth almonds candy bar. Reese peanut butter cups kill me. But then again once a week if that. When i cheat most likely im eating to much steak, to much eggs but really its just good for ya right lol. Lobster whenever i can get it. |
