How can i lose my weight with diet and nutrition?
Hello
I am 35 years old.I have 190lbs.I am doing diet and also take diet foods & protine, vitaminic food. But i want more weight lose so please tell me about some tips and exercise which i can easy to use in routine life.and which supplement is good for me please suggest me.. |
From my personal experience, I would recommend:
- Go for walk in early morning - Eat regular healthy, satifying meals in smaller portions - Eat dinner early and no snacks afterwards - Regular exercise routine - Drink lots of water - Keep a positive attitude - and most importantly, love yourSelf |
