Food and nutrition are way more important to gaining mass than training. I mean, you can work out all day, but if you're not feeding the muscle, it's not going to grow

Agreed bro. I think a lot of people need to eat more and learn the importance of recovery.

I think my muscles are on a hunger strike refusing the masses of food I feed it. That or I'm just a hard gainer.
