Eating .......
I've had a number of you inbox me with regards to food intake.
To be a bodybuilder involves so much more than going to the gym and lifting weights. One must be willing to eat, drink and sleep bodybuilding. Literally! Outside of the gym, these are the most important things you do as a bodybuilder. That is, if you want to experience ANY gains from working out. If one of the links are broken, the whole chain breaks, and so will your body!Bodybuilding and eating go hand in hand. In fact, often times I enjoy eating more than training! Training provides the stimulation to grow, but you can't build muscle without food. Take a few weeks off from training, and odds are you're not going to lose that much. Take a few weeks off from eating and you risk losing all of your hard-earned muscle mass. That being said, eating is more important than training!I'm not downplaying the importance of training, but eating and eating correctly lays the foundation of a good body. Period!!! Not eating right is like erecting a building on a slab of wet concrete. For those struggling to get the right diet, calories and macros in order, my services are always open to you. Just inbox me. I'm here to help.* |

I make positive i get 7 meals in. But all from whole foods. Potato, sweet potato, rice, brown rice, eggs, steak, chicken, fish. I barely get in protein powders, unless i missed a meal, i hate relying on them.
I never eat out. |
