Default eat, eat and eat!! whats your secret?

we all know that eating is a HUGE part of our life style, what are some of your secrets in getting the food down.. cause I know we all have those days where we look at our meals and say...DAMMIT, Im not even hungry right now but I gotta get this in me. Lately I have been goin through this so when I eat my chicken breast I take a few bites and wash it down it down like a pill LOL

After watching a Neale Cranwell vid a while ago I've been liquidising a chicken breast with some fine oats for a few meals instead of a whey shake. Really doesn't taste that bad.

i do exactly the same thing chuck lump on spoon and just wash it down with water

people think im mad but the need to get it in and stuggle to get hungry

im also fan of blending real food and drinking all with milk makes more cals

I cook on Sun.and wens. Nights Tupperware it all up for the week. If I know I'm gonna be jammed for time I put dry oats in the blender and turn oats to a powder add whey half water half milk natty peanut butter half a banana and done. Or I'll make oats the night before and over night it turns to like a pudding. As for the day in day out pain of eating like that I do the same sometimes just gulp it and chase down with water. I do try new recipes all the time I think that helps break it up but most of all my girl lives the lifestyle as well and that helps me a ton
