Cutting Diet Advice Please

Morning Bro's,
Just got over my back operation so the gym has been slow up until now. I'm looking to take on a short cutting cycle before I start bulking etc. I have attached a typical diet plan, my diet does consist of green veg i just have not included them on the sheet. Stats Weight: 200lb BF: Est 18% Age: 29 Training Yrs: To long Also will be looking a cycling to work daily 20mins and 30-40 mins light cardio in the evenings Many thanks for any comments |
personally i see better results on a low carb diet not low fat. our body needs fat to live it does not need carbs. at 27 gr of fat a day you might not feel so good. what is you cycle history. are you a 100% ready to train. include ais and serms
