⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Today is an important day to raise awareness about mental health ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Over the past couple of years I myself have had many a battle and I'm happy to say that I have fought my way through successfully ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My tips aren't just tips! They are things that helped me through some really dark days and it's always the obvious that are the most effective ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🥊 Exercise - getting a sweat on releases Endorphins and looking after yourself improves your confidence and wellbeing ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🥒 Nutrition - good food improves your mood both physically and psychologically. Get in your Micronutrients and foods that improve your wellbeing ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🏄*♂️ Do Fun Shit - When's the last time you went to a theme park or spent the day with friends at the amusement arcades wasting £30 on ticket games only to have enough to claim a keyring? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🤝 Don't be afraid to ask for help - Don't suffer in silence and let ego and bravado take over. It's ok to not be ok so let people know that your are struggling so they can help |
Good post CC, I think we should move it to other section, may be someone needs advice.
I agree balance is the key to a good life however I agree sometimes it is hard to have balance on all aspects like personal life, health, business/work. |
