I hate eating plants as it is, well mostly. I do it because we need it, but I don't care for it. I need meat protein.

Lmfao he's trying to justify that being a vegan can yield the same results as a person who eats animal protein, and being vegan is healthier. I have never seen a vegan bodybuilder in my entire life, atleast a successful one.
