second week do triceps and biceps once week and legs twice I have done this as I feel these are parts id like to see grow more and I sppose looking at it as if I punish them then they will grow bit lee priest idea of training its only been something been doing for 6-7 weeks now so really give another 10 and will see so really at moment just experiment on myself to be fair the workouts are great and pumps are great I mean back pumps can be sore but just have to push through I have added quite bit of weight in them 6-7 weeks weather its been on legs or arms im not sure but going to take pics this weekend so can have comparison keep eye on my log for updates |
