What is your reps range during summer?

same as winter.............. 10 to 12

winter or summer dont matter i tend to try listen to my body and it will let me know what it can do
tend to go upto bigger lifts winter bulking but feel have strengh where in summer cutting stick to one wieght around 70% of max and rep it out this suits aswell as gym gets busy in summer so this way dont have to wait around for wieghts so would say higher reps summer and pyramid style in winter |
I keep the same rep range. Always training for hypermia over weight or reps

I like bringing something new so I play always with reps.
However now I am tempted to switch to German Training 10x10 ;) |
Summer or winter makes no difference really. Just so happens that I've been training a lot of 4 to 6 reps recently and now I'm switching to 14,12,10 and 8. Can't hurt with fat burning and muscle building for the summer months, sorry week :) |
