winter or summer dont matter i tend to try listen to my body and it will let me know what it can do
tend to go upto bigger lifts winter bulking but feel have strengh
where in summer cutting stick to one wieght around 70% of max and rep it out
this suits aswell as gym gets busy in summer so this way dont have to wait around for wieghts
so would say higher reps summer and pyramid style in winter
Summer or winter makes no difference really. Just so happens that I've been training a lot of 4 to 6 reps recently and now I'm switching to 14,12,10 and 8. Can't hurt with fat burning and muscle building for the summer months, sorry week
