1. Tracking site wont always show correct information, I am here for long time so simple trust me.

2. There are cases when customer gets order but tracking site shows no info or still says "it is being prepared".

3. If there is no info on tracking site regarding your package this does not mean it was lost or seized, give it time, contact Huge Tom via ticket only if package did not arrive after 10 days after EXPECTED date.

4. You can always see expected date of arrival via logging to your GBN account and opening your order.
