For those who did not received emails from Customer Support.
Dear customers of GbnStore.Net.
Today I got a PM on this forum from a person who said that he placed an order and wrote a ticket but did not get any answer. When I contact Customer Support Supervisor he confirmed that no email was received from this customer. Now we wonder was this a system glitch or this customer never wrote a ticket? So, for those who really sent a ticket and did not get an answer within 24 hours please write me on this thread or better by Private Message. Warmest regards, Tom - GBNSTORE.NET - site rep. |
i have written 2 tickets and didnt get a reply still for either, one was on the 11th and one was on the 12th

On 9/15, I fully paid for GP Test that was marked "in stock." Still today GP Test has not shipped, and was actually changed to a different product by a GBN supervisor just about 3 days ago. Im not sure if it was out of stock, he just said GBN wanted to ship my order out soon, & the GP Test would hold it up. Well, Test has been changed to another brand & has still not shipped. What's going on Huge Tom? Order #1113259
