Sustaxyl 350 / Primoxyl 100 / Masteroxyl 200 / Aromaxyl CYCLE LOG
Hello guys i am new to hypermuscle but i have been around i many forums the last 4 years as well... :)
First of all i want to thanks TOM for the oportunity he gaved me to work together on my favorite cycle and log for the kalpa pharma products for 16w: Sustaxyl 350 / Primoxyl 100 / Masteroxyl 200 / Aromaxyl Gear photos too: Image - TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting Image - TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting The goals of the cycle will be: 1st to maintain my gains couse i am right after bulk cycle with test c/deca/anadrol and keep my mass... 2nd goal will be to lean down as much as i can without droping too much weight and start loosing my gains.. :) Also in the 3rd and last part i will try to lean even more and i will add ANAVAR into the end to cut down as possible i can archieve so i will get the Lean bulk guy looking i like with not many but nice cuts into all muscle groups while i will stay as bigger as i can :) I will update my progress Log with weekly diet changes/workout plans that i will folow until he end..possible i will change Workout plan every 4-5W max... Also i will have weekly picture updates so everyone can see how the gear works and how my diet responds on me to archieve the ghanges i want :) My cycle will be: 1-16 sust 1g/week 1-16 600mg primo/week 1-16 400mg mast/week 1-16 HCG 750iu /week monday/wensday/friday 17-19 hcg 1500iu monday/wensday/friday 20-23 clomid 150/100/50/50 1-23 aromasin 12.5mg-25mg (i will depend on how i will respond into bloaing etc and i will adjust it into the cycle :) My stats: 24 yo / 170 cm / +-85kg with about 11-12% BF right now in bulking The cycle will start in about 10 days i am in cruise now to clean and rest a little from my previous cycle and then i will straight step in to work hard again!!! Now i am working the Diet plan i will have as base to follow and start working on it..so week by week i will make changes in macros with adding or removing C/P/F etc... And i am working also into the workout plan that i will start the cycle :) I hope everyone will enjoy this 16w journey with me and i will motivate you as well until the end :) Also i will share everything and i hope that ppls will learn some things from me that will help them in the future to archieve their goals too as well :) Thanks Tsek0s |

Everything comes inline now in some hours i will upload the before pics and the next days i will kick the cycle IN now i just recover in cruise mode 0.5ml test x 2 times per week... Here is my diet to start:
9:00 8 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 3/4 cup oats 12:00 6oz baked white fish/ brocolis 3.5oz/brown rice 0.5 cup/1 TBS extra v olive oil-3g aminos or in the days i am into university i will use one shaker with 40g whey and 60g carbs complex 14:00 6oz chicken chest/ brown rice 0.5 cup/3g aminos/2g fishoil 16:00 6 oz chicken or baked white fish, 1 tbs olive oil 17.00 workout (pre workout i got 2 scoops c4 xtreme/5g bcaa/5g aminos full profile) 18.00 postworkout shake 30g isolate whey protein+30g beef hydro protein in water/5g creatine/5g bcaa/1 large banana+30g complex carbs 19:00 6oz beef meat/6 oz/sweet potato large green salad, no dressing/2g fishoil 22:00 6oz cottage cheese/salad/aminos 3g about 1:30-2:00(before sleep) 50g whey protein in water, 1 level TBS natural peanut butter |

Cycle looks good ! I would drop sust and switch it to prop around week 10 or 12 to drop a lil more water . Sust should be fine though ...Other than that keep diet on point ,train rest . Should be a fun cycle :) wish you the best . Keep us posted tsek0s

I hear ya bruh ...800mg primo n 600mg mast :D should be fun :) tren would be a nice finisher complimentary to mast ;)

Leg workout plan the week is comming guys so its time to introduce it and hear impressions on it!!
Its little hardcore i have to say...here it is : i use high reps/limit weight for my reps i see i respond better to that with low rest time like 30 secs..check: I use the heaviest weight i can to shoot for the desired rep range. if i fall 3-4 reps short on a 20 rep set, thats ok.I use that weight to keep stiving to hit 20 extentions, 5 sets for 20 reps prone ham curls, 5 sets for 15 reps leg press. start with 2 plates on each side and do 25 reps. right away, get up and add another plate to each side and do 25 reps. repeat the process with only short short breaks(as long as it takes to add the weight, so 30 sec) until you can't get 20 reps. then cut the weight in half and do one final set of 40 reps. walking lunges, 2 sets, deep till failure. free weight barbell squats...at this point, you wont be able to squat heavy. if you normally squat 275 lbs for 10 reps, go with 185 lbs and do 4 sets of 16 reps. its all about the form and the squeeze. seated leg curl 3 sets of 20 superset with extentions 3 sets of 30 this style of training is a different kind of hardcore. you have to learn to deal with the pain and burn and keep moving forward.I keep the intensity high, rest periods short and fill the leg with as much blood as possible.... Hello guys finaly he day have come !!!
Today i maked my first pin 200mg primo/350 mg sust/200mg masteron.. Everything was good pin was very smooth no pain just the slight one of primo...all we know how it hurts but i can say kalpa have silky oils ;) Even from sust just litle noticed pain also i am to sensitive into fast esters and i have to say i liked that... I used 23g pin into glute and oil pass through without any resistance noticed very thin and good :D Diet program is ready and i am ready to step into gym and workout my legs today i will give them a hard kick for sure ;)!!!! Hey guys how are you!!!
Today i had the 3rd pinning of this week i pinned my quads and still no pip problems etc just the slight feeling from sust but nothing real bad in wensday i pinned 2nd time in a row the glutes without any problem the oils are really smooth i have o say more than i expected ;)!!! So this week i had 2 full up body workout and 2 down part of body workouts just to change and start kicking and from monday i will start with split: Legs Chest+Biceps off Back+triceps Shoulders+traps Off Off and probably i will start with pyramids 15/9/7/5/3/10+15 style workouts and keep them for 4-6 weeks its little hard style but i will see until sunday to kick it in ;) I will update soon for the workout again also my diet will remain same the 1st 3 weeks to see how i respond and have a good view overall :) |

Hello guys chest workout finished before 2h and i can say strength is already up and very good pumps too!!!
Here is the workout style in chest+biceps for the 1st 3 weeks with target to increase my strength: Bench press: 8-6-4-2-8 (at x2 reps pushed easy 150 kgs) incline bench press: 8-6-4-2-8 (at x2 reps pushed normal 120kgs) chest dips: 3x12 +kgs in legs bench flyes dumbbell : 3x12+15 incline flyes dumbbell Barbell Curl: 8-6-4-2-8 Dumbbell Alternate Bicep Curl: 3x6 Concentration Curls: 3x12 Wensday is OFF day for me and in thursday i will update with the BACK workout too ;) Cya soon guys i keep log updated in any changes done :)!!! |
Checkout this video by Mike Liberatore . I incorporated this chest movement into my workout and my chest grew and got much fuller . Very hard to get that upper inner part of chest to pop out . Love this exercise Michael Liberatore - Chest Workout and Gym Flexing - YouTube

Hey guys last day of week today this week went little hard i was sick with my stomach for 3 days i couldnt eat too much and i thrwted up easy but now seems i am better...
Even with tha problem i didnt stop my workouts i was ino the gym and working as better as i could and then back t home for sleep.... Now for the gear guys my pumps are too much noticable small new veins popping up around thats nice on me improve my mood to workou even more!!! And for the pins still no bad pips or anything still i can pin same spots with the same oil mount without problems or swole etc.. ;) From tomorow i will try increase a litle my meals due to i was sick and give a harder emphasiis to my workouts and hit harder :D |

Hah i agree bro but i couldnt stay more home i was 3 days in..i just had 3 arms supersets and abs and back home 30-40 min..and i wen to closure to be alone in there ;) me and 2 friends was in i respect the place and the ppl in :D

Hello brothers just back from chest / biceps workout....Today i felt little better and i went to workout but my only problem is still my stomach is full of acid fluids and i cant et alot..also doctor gaved me some tabs to chew with meals to control acid...
I can say i eat low right now but i have strengh to workout just little more tired easyer but its logical at all if i see that i eat 3 meals smalls / day and the carbs isnt even the half... BTW my coach saw me today told me that the cycle has kick it keeps me good even in that state i didnt lost my pumps too much to be noticable...and we count about 3 days max to be full back recovered ;)!!!!! Tomorow i will workout my legs and i will try to kill them Tom :D!!!! tsek0s |
Hey guys today i had back+shoulders workout and i kept high reps with good intense so get a better workout ..as i see by the weekend i will be ready recoverd guyz for sure and i didnt lost yet even 1kg i am stable always and i am damn more than happy!!!!
I plan to stay off tomorow again and workout biceps/triceps/abs in saturday with same style and into sunday i will post my new 6w workout program that i will follow ;)!!! |

Hey guys i am back in action..i am sorry for the time passed but things week by week turned bad for me until i got to hospital...semmed i paid for some past mistaked i already DID etc and now i will keep on back in GYM...
These 2 days i was able to fully follow my diet plan without any issues stomach or low apetite so i guess week started good for me too... My condition is now 85kg solid as rock primo i can say is damn amazing guys it keeps me up even when whole week passed with 1-2 meals per day!!! Also i love masteron too i helps me stay dry and vascular keeps me with zero water retain its really the greatest compound ever too ;) Now for the PIP i have beed impresed i use 4ml every M-W-F and i didnt got yet scar tissue issues or swole/pip etc nothing even after 2 days i can pin the same spot again damn!!! This week i did already chest/bicep and legs workout and i can say my strengh is in the normal range it didnt went down etc and also i got my shoulders/elbows recovered i dont feel nothing now for pain etc!!! Tomorow is gonna be my back/triceps day and i plan to hit really hard training missed to me so i am ready to give there all!!! |
Keep it up tsek0s ! I see you had set backs from being sick and stomach issues . Hope all is well . If you cant eat more than 2-3 times a day ,I would stop the cycle . Also when I get sick I stop using aas no more than 2wks until I feel better most of the time I recouperate in a few days and back in action . Alright time to kill it again . Keep us posted homie

Ths week seems to be great for me i have starting getting my pumps back again into workouts and thats a great feeling for the start...it makes me wanna hunt them more and more :D for now i just try to workout hard and push little more food day by day even if i cheat on carbs and sometimes i get more for now i need the energy more than anything and they wont hurt me for a week etc... :) |

For me everything rolling great now!!!Just finishd and eastern vacations etc and my scle weight is still on the point no problems at all i love primo many ppl think its weak but that devil keeping me on the point all the time... In eastern days i cheated x 3 -4 times per week etc and i can say i consumed a lot of food for 10 days and i currently weighting bout 83-84kg +- and i am looking very lean and hard also vsculariy is on the point too all the day round!!! Now i have o drop some carb off this week especialy close to night etc and my workout sets will be like 8-6-4-15/15 and 3 x 8 + 3 x Max double sets and from the next week once i see i drop the little water from vacation i will fix again my carbs intake... Today i had my first workout after 5 days (vacations) and i can say i was fully rested with incredable pumps!!! I loved them hah!!!! |
