Snacking too much during lockdown?
I’m hearing this a lot, people snacking more cause they are at home and bored
This is my list of go to low calorie snacks that I nibble on… Pickled gherkins/onions Carrots Apples Sweet & salty popcorn Chocolate Weetabix minis A protein shake Banana Bell peppers Frozen peas Frozen pineapple Small can of baked beans High protein cheese Otherwise my main tactic is to stay busy, idle minds like to snack… |
