Rules for sending a pm
1. include order ID or email you used to register on GBN when you ask for some info regarding order, products or shipping.
2. keep history of our conversation in message or remind me what is it all about, I get thousands of PM's and I can't remember my chat history with each of you. 3. don't send multiple PM's with same question. wait patiently. I will reply. 4. don't send, ticket, PM and email. Please use just one. Tickets usually are answered within 24 hours. If something urgent send me an email. 5. Think positive, everything has a solution
