RPS Push Pull Results
Meet went excellent. Had some hamstring problems which were a limiting factor. Pulled it really bad on the bench. I uploaded the wrong opener but

OUCH! :) 475lbs 3rd attempt http://youtu.be/PTLMqbxLF6k I blame my hamstring for this failed lift. Just didn't have enough leg drive to push out the last inch then my hamstring gave out and leg flew up like a rocket. Loved it. I had to cut the deadlifts short because of hamstring problem hit my 405lbs opener deadlift and I was done. Doing a full meet in June hoping to demolish that 475 and go for a 500 bench |
