diet has switched to fish and salad with vinegar

50 carbs post workout, so 200 carbs for the week
and 150 for next week total

no refeed on saturday either

fill up will tart next fri and show day morning

shit this is gonna be rough

did it before on tuna steaks. cost me way too much money, so boring white fish. I believe this is worse because of the slight fat content in each piece of tuna, and for the simple fact i like it more, but i think this time will be better overall.

look should be much drier because of the additional fat loss
