ok little less then 2 weeks out from another npc outing that was a last minute decision

diet has switched to fish and salad with vinegar

50 carbs post workout, so 200 carbs for the week
and 150 for next week total

no refeed on saturday either

fill up will tart next fri and show day morning

shit this is gonna be rough
