Road to the Stage
Starting a journal to log the journey for the rest of the time I have before I hit the stage for 2013
HugeTom has provided me with fantastic service and products as usual Have some good sus and tren from kalpa. will be switching esters as I get closer to the show, as well as adding mast and oral WV to bring out the hardness right now training is going well, no injuries, or set backs thus far. train 4x per week, back/ chest shoulders/ arms, abs/ leg split arm day is kind of a waste of time, but dont want to leave them out cardio has picked up a little, but still at 3-4 times per week @ 30 min each day consists of 50 grams of protein per meal and @ 50 carbs unless those meals will be containing carbs only from vege. Usually those are first or last meal of the days on off lifting days, or days I feel like i don't need the carbs Saturdays is a big refeed where as many carbs as I can eat is the menu for the day |

starting point was here

Good luck bro, will be following
|
one thing worth noting. usually have tremendous cough for about 5 min upon administration. this go round, not once has it happened.
pleasant when you dont weeze while in the middle of it cardio is up a little bit more then in the past. trying to get glutes to come in for the first time may have to give up some size :mad:but I know what i need to do to win. not having enough detail in the hams and glutes has held me back to this point, so would like to see a bit a change in that area |
Your starting point pic is going to be my after pic in about 5 years.

Well then that says it all :P reat arms mate
|
dont want it to sound like my arms are so good, far from it. i just feel I get more out of heavy back and chest then single joint curls and pressdowns.
makes me feel like it cannot be doing anything when I am deciding which cable attachment to use!!!!!!!! When I see people doing a single arm cable pushdown with 50 pounds, and I look at their arms, I know this is how mine must look as well. There was a long while I didnt do shoulders, bi's or tri's. just focused on the bigger bodyparts and pushed as hard as i could go. i made some decent progress Maybe I would have made more, but I was stuck for a while, so it made a huge difference in progressing for me |
You did what worked for you with fine results. To each his own, we know ourselves, and as long as periodically question to further challenge, results will follow.

Hey man no i mean it your Bis and tris are huge! i mean it.
But i get what you mean after a hard back day your tris forearms can be pretty trashed dont want to work them to much. good to give your whole body or even one muscle group a bit of time off i do it a couple times a year might be a week or 2 then i get back and seem to get better results. Ever try using more reps/sets with less weight? i get great results and when i cut i can see a huge diffrence in my bodyparts even it its not a massive weight gain quality is what you want first imo. so its good to mix it up like some body parts might grow better with heavy training others with lighter trial and error thats what its all about no matter how much exp you have or how big you are. |

I would consider how I train powerbuilding, but I use high reps sets frequently. reps of 20 and 50 are not uncommon reps of 50 squats are brutal at the end of a training session leg presses are a little more safe for those, but doesnt cause as much over all pain high reps/volume is rotated not for the workout, but rotated within the workout all the time I may start with reps of 8-10 for 2 to 3 exercises, then transition into supersets with high reps and just challenge myself to got through fatigue and beyond to make sure I am really done Not that I train instinctively as some would say, but I like to use variety after my major lifts are done, as well as change the order and intensity techniques to force change. |

been very ill. workouts have been rough, some have been skipped. spending time in the bathroom. Soon it will pass and will be back at it
I am pretty conservative relatively speaking, not shocking like some things you read total is 1600 per week . classic prep stack used for competition |
weight amazingly has stayed the same, but i know I have no food in my system (without getting to graphic)
myb the fever will help bf% go down:o:o I am contributing the weight to a little water retention. body is dehydrated obviously, so must be holding on to whatever I can to stay afloat. |

this week sux |
Get better soon bud. yeah i know some guys who use a crazy amount of gear they look great but for what they are using ud expect them to be at lest 300lb and lean lets put it this way this is what he was on blew my mind.
1.5gs of test per week, 1g of tren per week, 300mgs of oxys a day, 4tabs of T3 a day 30-40 iu of insulin a day and DNP with the insulin to keep fat gains down that is alot of stuff he waa 238pound bf 8-9% and 5 foot 8 or 9 i think. that is a shit ton of gear :/ |
remember though, comparing amounts is never wise to do. what someone uses is not always what is effective
the most simple way is to start at a certain amount get the most out of it. bleed it dry. when you cannot progress, increase increase food, training, gear, all of the above whatever. following someone else strategy is a recipe for failure. people jump up too fast, and never get what they can out of 500-750-1000 etc. plus goals are different, so how can anyone really follow anybody else's plan unless they have the same exact goals and the same structure. And even that doesnt really mean much as 2 individuals who do the same thing will look totally different Plus everybody lies about how they use or how much they lift, or how little cardio they do, so how do you really know what is truth |
Oh i know mate just saying people go way over board with some things id rather eat more and push myself a bit more than jab an extra .5-1ml more :)
atm im on 250mgs of test with 250mgs of tren its a mix first time with tren so if im ok with it around week 3 im going to up it to 1.5 ml instead of 1ml. i grow and cut i use my food and rest to power my growth |
nothing fancy. never skipped when i started. wasnt a guy that just did upper body and skipped leg day
I just pound them as hard as I can with as much weight as I can anyways my hams are terrible, trying to bring them up to match, so we all have our strengths and weakness |
