To match your goals with your actions you need to:
1. Be truly honest about what your goals are and WHY
2. Work out the blocking factors that will stop you reaching your goals
3. Identify what habits will need to change and how
4. Start to positively alter your environment to support the changes you want to make
5. Get a good support network around you of people that want to see you be successful
6. Alter your methods and tools based on your results, positively tweaking things to improve the outcome
7. Learn along the way, don't ever see this as a 6 week thing, see it as LIFE CHANGE
