Third time its takin over 6 days to get a responce. VEry dissatisfied not sure whats going on but i need to get my questions answered and problems solved.

Yeah ive never had an issue either but this is the second time of the month.

I've been trying to get in touch with huge Tom through tickets and email for over 2 weeks. Anybody hear from him. Seems last post stating this was deleted.

I talked to him last week on 2 different days becase i was trying to do paypal and he responded then nothing then 3 days later asked the same thing. So i responded then nothing. Long story short i then emailed billing department they took 4 days but they fixed it. But it cost me 100 more than i wanted to pay. I think there is a email issue with them cause my stuff has been shipping.

well i got my reply but ive been waiting 3 months for one shipment and 1.5 months for the other. Is any one else having this issue with usps?

I've been trying all day and I just paid for a order yesterday and received email back payment was received. But can't even get on the site today. Has anybody heard anything new,

I've been trying to access the website as well, I posted a couple tickets a few days ago and I am awaiting a response. No fret though, huge tom will come through. I'm sure he doesn't have a large staffing and he probably get a barrage of emails and tickets. Keep calm and be patient all. Also, GBN is not the only website down right now. I've been actively browsing and there is quite a few websites down. We have to remember what kind of business this is, you're in good hands though. I've been yet to be disappointed by GBN.

I agree with you there are a couple other sites down just hope all is good i have neen working on getting my stuff for 3 months and seems like theres been some issues. Hopefully it just shows up. Lol im gonna have faith right now.

I hear you man. It's frustrating. I know I just received an order at the a couple of weeks ago and it took about 6 weeks. About 3 weeks after the projected delivery date. Once it hits the US in tracking, it moves pretty fast. It's the other countries that slow it down. You have to think too, some of these other countries probably have a really shitty mail handling service and probably don't update their tracking as often as they should.
