Need Halo Advice

Hello everybody I need some halo advice. How much should I take and when should I take from what I understand its perfect for preworkout. I will be ordering kalpa from Huge tom. I would also thank everybody for d-bol advice you guys gave me a couple weeks back!!!!!!!

I've only used it pre-contest. 4 weeks @ 40mg day, split AM & PM.
