late deliverys becoming a problem
 

My first couple orders showed up real close the expected arival date. But the last few were so far off it's ridiculous. My current order is 10 days overdue and when I check the tracking number it says originating post preparing to dispatch. What's going on with the service? Maybe if it was cod you'd get my damn package here on time! After u get your money u seem to have no problem staging your feet. If I have do be home to sign for the damn package maybe you can give me a better idea of when I can expect my order.

I don't know how long you have been waiting for your packages, I also don't know where your from, I assume it's the US. In which case you should ask you government "Why the delays" The problem is the US has asked all countrys customs services to check "every" Package before it is shipped! This is because of the possible terror threat.
The US upgraded it's security a couple of months back which is why orders are taking longer to get to you. Customs all over the world have a back log of parcels because of the security upgrade and they can only check so many each day. I know this from personal experience because I sent a parcel to the US 2 weeks ago and today it finally landed in the US, where as it would normally be delivered in about 7 days!
You have to be patient, This is not the fault of the sponsors

My order i got it on the exact day it was said to be here, and this is a few days ago. I would suggest relaxing and just be happy if you get the product. The only thing i do not like aswell is the signature at all, because they will not leave your product at your door they will hold it, making it a pain for us.

Just give it time.

yea it showed up today. im a dick i know. thanks for the customs info Celt. makes me feel better about next orders. now. if we can just get some eq in stock.....

same thing happened to me here in the US.
i was getting unpatient aswell, but i thought is an extra week really make a difference.

yea my home boy papercup had some gen shi that missed its expected date by like 40 days and showed up 20ml short but in the end gbn took care of us and sent the missing product. but just so you know. gen shi does not currently offer 10ml vials despite the fact that some sellers seem to offer them. for every 10 we got 2 5ml's. but the price was better.

Genshi only offer 2ml and 5ml vials , there gear is very smooth and top notch !

I got my gear from them with no probs. But I ordered thinking there was no way it was going to show up... Let's realistic about what we are actually ordering here. There are literally thousands of people with hundreds of systems in place to stop that package from getting to you and then if it does you got to hope some bored a** officer isn't setting you up to go down over 2 10ml bottles of test. taking into consideration that you dont buy some toys the important thing is to GET IT even with delay but GET IT. And GBN is good at this point. Thx Tom!

My order is 7 days late as of today. Hopefully i see somthing by the end of the week. It was in the united states for a few days then the tracking just stoped.

Sorry your having trouble man. For some reason i got different notices both times i had ordered research expirements. Also One time they left the package at my door the other time I had to go pick it up at the post office. best of luck man!!!

whats their turn around time on shipping the actual order out .. 24 days and still pending here :(

go to GBN and check when your order was shipped, under that it tells you the date it will arrive around. Usually a day early or a day late. You can also contact customer support and ask them for the tracking number they put on your package. If you do this you will no when it will reach you on the exact day to.

i never used them but i wouldnt be worried until its 1month late

Yes i ended up getting everything. And i noticed it was the mails fault, they shipped in the wrong direction.

GBN is the best.

have you writen a ticket to them they responded to every one of mine.

... Cmon guys. GBN isn't walmart, and they aren't selling groceries. 7 days late who cares.

Maybe shipping got messed up? Maybe customs seized it? Neither is GBNs fault.

I've waited 5 weeks after a T/A and still got stuff, friend of mine waited close to 3 months. It'll get there no need to get up in arms over it

bros at this moment we can ship orders with sciroxx products so if one has pending orders and want faster shipping create a ticket and let customer support know you want replacement.

Regarding orders which got stuck at mail company we still work, its not easy believe me.

this game has many ups and downs. if you haven't experienced any downs, you haven't been in the game long enough. people should not act like rookies, and refunds in this business. funny, sounds like Target
plan ahead, plan ahead .plan ahead. never try and get your stuff when you need it b/c your show is this date and that date. recipe for disaster. plan ahead so you never have any problems with delivery hangups.
oh and btw, business taken somewhere else might one day lead to you spending money, you then being patient, you then becoming impatient, and then you never receiving any communication, product or money from the new supplier. when that happens, you'll see this is not as bad as you think, just a delay.

Jelly all im saying is that this happens to any source you go to sooner or later. I understand it sucks, i hate it to i am also waiting for gear, but it finally showeds up on my tracking numbers, so im sure your order is about to clear and be sent aaswell.

just like c.m. said there are many other places that wont send you anything at all, they will just rip you off completly.

I totally understand how you feel now and believe me I dont feel better reading this and knowing there are huge delays which make many people waiting.

In this game planing ahead is one of the success key because even we did not know that such surprises will occur. And when it happened we opened new store asap and start selling and sending Sciroxx (even with small delay but at least they were sent).
