Kickbacks
Kickbacks are an awesome exercise for developing a better mind-muscle connection in your triceps. But it's absolutely crucial that you keep your elbow high the entire time - especially as you lock your arm out! Otherwise the contraction won't be nearly as intense.

I might add, if ya don't mind CC, try not to use momentum during the contraction portion of the exercise.
