Sorry for my inactivity over the past two weeks. I have been dealing with home issues and well Saturday is my competition so this is a deload week.

What show are you doing? I have a bunch of friends going the Charlotte cup this weekend.
After my infection I lost 20 lbs so I decided to wait till next season to compete. Don't want to buy a NPC card for only a month or two

I think 125-150 and it runs a calendar year.

I use to complete in power meets. My body can't handle it any more. Power lifters are a lot tighter than bodybuilders now a days.

When I hit a bodybuilding show I'm going go plant doughnuts around the locker room. You know some can't resist. Lol

how long have u been npc?? and are you working towards ur pro card..??? and if so bro i really wish the best for ya !!! i want to get into tht so bad but i feel tht im going to need another year to go before i think of competing.. how do u get into the npc??? do u have to win a local show??

You fill out a form pay your money and bam NPC. It just means you can do a little better shows
