Test is used at 500mg/week for 10-12 weeks.
Better to split shots into two. 1ml on Monday and 1ml on Thursday.
Regarding training - stick to 4 days workout routine.
Day 1 -legs, day 2- arms, day 3 off, day 4 back and posterior day 5; chest and lateral deltoids.
Stick to basic exercises like: squats,bench press, deadlifts. Basic exercises must be done at a range of 8 reps in last set where last 3 reps must be very hard. Increase weight each 2 weeks.
