Thank you everyone it is a real pleasure to work with you :)

toon22 04-09-2014 02:55 AM

Today was shoulder day, went good. Still no pain, can't believe how painless the kalpa is. Ill post more as I start seeing results

stillgoingstron 04-09-2014 07:52 AM

I use and have used Kalpa Test E, Deca and Eq and never get any pip with any of them. I have no complaints about the results either!

Cornish_Celt 04-10-2014 02:27 PM

My Kalpa Test Cyp just arrived, just waiting on my Dbol which was shipped a couple of days ago

toon22 04-12-2014 08:57 PM

ouch

Turns out hitting a nerve is a little painful at first. .. then its ridiculous the next day. Jeebus! Other than that I'm having a hard time getting myself out of my gym, going very well

Cornish_Celt 04-12-2014 09:01 PM

doesn't sound like you hit a nerve if it was only a little painful at the time, I've had syringes fly across the room just from the jerk reaction of hitting a nerve!(it shot out of my thigh like a bullet lol)
Sounds more like you nicked a vein

toon22 04-12-2014 11:19 PM

overly modest?

Lol the whole cheek spasmed and i definately (accidentally) ripped it out. Might have helped that I go in slow, not a stabber

toon22 04-13-2014 09:02 PM

leg day

Went really well even with the baseball in my cheek. Definately noticing a big improvement in stamina/endurance, strength is moving up as well but nothing crazy yet. I'm weary of another shoulder injury. Can't wait to do back tomorrow. Only small climb in weight gain so far but its only been a week and I've probably been spending a little too much time in there. I'm also going to give more effort to eating at work... chicken in pocket? Lol

where abouts are you injecting in the cheek?
You have to be pretty unlucky to hit a nerve in the backside!
The main nerve in the backside is the Sciatic nerve but you would know it if you hit that, you would probably end up stuck in the ceiling!

The lump in your cheek
It sounds as if you didn't make it into the muscle. Probably using 1" pin? The gear isnt wasted it will absorb eventually it will just take alot longer. Unless your using a long pin or relatively low bf I would avoid injecting the glutes.
You should also rotate from muscle to muscle, do one shot in the glute(with long enough pins) and another shot in each of the quads, it will make it much more comfortable

Crew38 04-14-2014 11:58 AM

Every time I hit my quads it goes smooth. Then I can't bend my leg the next two days.
I wish I could pin my glutes

Have you tried doing the outer quad so you go in from the side not from the front, Just an idea it's more comfortable for me when I do it like that.
Glutes is a no no for, haven't been able to do glutes for years!

Crew38 04-14-2014 02:07 PM

Haven't tried going in side ways. I'll try after leg day just in case I can't bend my leg.
My glutes never give any issues other than a little pressure they do need a break. I won't use small muscle groups.
I'll do some research on going in side ways in the quad so I hit the right spot

Cornish_Celt 04-14-2014 02:39 PM

If injecting quads it's also a good idea to do the shot about an hour before training legs, getting the legs pumped after the jab helps the oils disperse.

My body fat is around 12 according to visual charts maybe a bit less. I'm using the 1 and 5/8 23g. On the second try I didn't go all the way, that must be why. Thanks for the tip. I warmed oil for the first time last night, quite a difference. Not sure I'm ready for the quad lol especially with how active I am at work. If it locked up on me I'd be in trouble

Cornish_Celt 04-15-2014 05:33 PM

My Kalpa Dbol arrived this morning so I'm in a good mood! :D

toon22 04-18-2014 06:54 PM

Only 11 days in and already noticing gains in strength and size, especially the pump.people at work are getting curious. I'm adding weight to my lifts but being careful to not re-injury rotator cuff. No exact weight goal at this time, just aiming to be the strongest I can without injury.
Any info to strengthen joint, ligament, tendons and bone would be great. I have been reading that var could play a role here?
Body weight is up 6 lbs, I eat clean all week with Sunday being my cheat day. and tuesday being my off day. I took a before pic of front torso and will take a middle and post pic to put on here afterwards

erich1b 04-18-2014 11:14 PM

Your bones are strengthened by weight resistance training.

For the others you mention, you might want to research physical therapy exercises geared towards strengthening those areas.

stillgoingstron 04-18-2014 11:30 PM

Pretty sure you must know this but in case you don't there are some specific rotator cuff exercises that should help strengthen that particular weakness. Straightforward shoulder exercises don't really do that.

toon22 04-18-2014 11:58 PM

Thanks guys, I already start all workouts with a 5lb plate, hold elbow 90 degrees out and bring my hand from inverted to straight up, two sets of 15 each arm. I dont have bands to do the side to side ones so I just use a wood Dowell and use opposite arm to apply resistance, same set/rep.
You guys have any that you like to do?
Any credibility to the var speeding up the strengthening of these?:)

toon22 04-30-2014 12:22 AM

feeling great

Mood, size, strength is all great. Still just creep crawling my way up in weights. Shoulders are definately feeling the new resistance. I'd like to add some kalpa dbol in the mix. Been taking liv 52 for about a week now and the dbol should arrive in a couple weeks. Anything wrong with running it mid cycle? ReCommended run time?
thanks in advance

13uie67 04-30-2014 01:43 AM

ive run d-bol before mid and again in the end of a high cruise just before my bridg and still hard great results.. just make sure tht u have the d-bol cycles far apart from each other..

13uie67 04-30-2014 01:44 AM

6 to 8 weeks but if ur new to d-bol i would bring it down to 4 to 6 weeks

13uie67 04-30-2014 01:45 AM

on the warming up and stretching.. make sure tht u dont over do it and this could bring down ur strength for your working sets..

toon22 05-02-2014 04:01 AM

definately

Breaking through some mental barriers. Feeling good and shoulders are keeping up. About three weeks in and I'm up 8lbs. Maybe a little water weight but still good definition. I'm liking the lean gains! Kalpa and tom.. can't go wrong.

I think I just came up with a new advertising slogan on accident. Feel free to send royalties;)

toon22 05-03-2014 02:05 AM

bar or db?

Shoulders and bis today. Having some trouble with shoulders popping/grinding, mostly happens when I do bb front raises. Should be Fine to switch to dbs right? Or is there something magical about simultaneously training both shoulders? Lol

13uie67 05-03-2014 04:48 AM

you can try doing them in a neutral grip position with dumbell to build the girth of the anterior.. tht might stop the popping..

Cornish_Celt 05-03-2014 05:15 AM

I find dbells more comfortable, I also find machines pretty good as you're not moving all over the place

13uie67 05-03-2014 05:18 AM

actually now tht i think about it i use to be able to do up right rows but as i got bigger over time.. my shoulder started to pop as well.. but i stopped doing tht maneuver and found arnold presses and neutral front raises to be a good alternative... why is tht cc??

The Upright Row is one of the most harmful exercises you can do for your shoulders. The problem with the exercise lies in the position that your arms must be in in order to perform the movement. The position is called "internal rotation."

To demonstrate internal rotation, hold your arms straight out to the sides with your palms down. Now rotate your hands forward as if you were pouring out a glass of water in each. To do the upright row, the arms are bent at the elbow then internally rotated.

Internal rotation itself is not necessarily bad for your shoulders. The problem comes when you raise the arms up and add resistance in that position. Every time you raise the weight, a small tendon in your shoulder gets pinched (known as impingement) by the bones in the shoulder.

This may not hurt immediately; it may not even hurt for a long, long time. The problem is the tendon will gradually become worn down and damaged. You may not even know you have a problem until one day the tendon snaps!

Good alternatives:
Dumbell Press
Military Press
Front Dumbbell Raise

13uie67 05-03-2014 05:35 AM

great info as always cc.. thanks

toon22 05-03-2014 06:19 AM

Nice!

Thanks guys. Been doing the Arnold presses but ill pick up some more dumbbells for my front raises. Seems like building a gym one piece at a time isn't too bad over a couple year time period lol

13uie67 05-03-2014 06:22 AM

hey bro i hope tht one day ur gym will be set up just as u want it with everything that u want in it... and dont forget to send us a pic on how it is setup .. :D hope all is well with ya..
