Just want to give a huge shoutout to Big Tom and the GBN Store website for their great products and excellent customer service. They routinely have responded to questions and tickets within 24 hrs of me posting them, and I have had absolutely zero problems with my orders, payments, and shipping. Of looking for a new source for your gear look no further - Big Tom is the best!!!! Thanks GBN Store for the quality results I've gotten from your products and service!!!

I have buying gear at GBN for a few years now and they legitimate. Huge tom and staff have always been above fair with me. They are #1 as far as I'm concerned. If you have a problem or need help they will contact you fast, they want to keep their customers happy!!

GBN store order
received my order. had a issue, the post office sent to wrong address! so they kept it at the post office of wrong address! needless to say the delay and not able to find order was frustrating. the tracking said shipment sent back to shipper! after physically going to 3 post offices, i finally located it. now i need to get my gear going and hopefully it will work as expected. great job big tom (whoever and wherever you are)!!

Gbn store
Hoping to get some help on some issues I've been having with logging into you website Tom and some damaged goods I revived, also have a package that shows to be stuck in one spot during transit for 3 weeks now. Sent two tickets in on the issue then right after I couldn't log on, shortly after the gbn.com site wouldn't work at all, only gbn.net. Left a ticket on there also with no response. I've done business with you guys several time with 100% satisfaction between the product and communication. Hope I can get some type of assistance or help on this, thanks
