I have always had a terrific experience with GBNstore.com. Huge Tom always responds quickly and helpfully. Product always come quick enough and packed discreetly. I've never had a situation when I thought the product I received was bunk. I've been a regular customer for almost a year and I will be for as long as they are around.

Gbnstore has been so helpful during this time and always responds and helps immediately. I have been using them for years and never an issue . Tom always answers any questions I have .

Wish I could express the same sentiments as most on here. Placed an order on May 7th and was encouraged to post "thanks" for a 20% discount. Decided to wait until shipment arrived. Glad I did!
Two packages sent...one lost...one, containing one item, received yesterday July 9th. Received numerous emails saying my "ticket was updated," but never saw an update. Received notice I would be compensated for the inconvenience with 2 bottles of TE...sounded more than generous.
Latest update? 2 bottles of TE shipped...nothing else...no reshipment mentioned, and anticipated arrival is end of July.
Starting to feel like i just paid a couple hundred per bottle of TE...certainly more than i can afford...and a 3 month delivery time is pretty far off from "good customer service."
Thanks for that "discount."

Huge apology...original package, shipped in May and written off...arrived. Inexplicably the vials sent just recently also arrived,

Sorry for my whining...as always, can't say enough for Kalpa products.

GBN has gone above and beyond now....after receiving a "re-shipment"...the original, considered lost after over two months arrived. My offer for additional payment was graciously declined!

Very grateful....can't say enough for Tom and Kalpa products.

got insanely strong. Put on good mass as well. Gbn is the way to go, great customer service and reliability. My diet wasn't quite as on point as it should have been but not bad. I swear I felt so dense, heavy, and powerful.

Have ordered multiple products over the years and this site continues to be hands down the best to deal with. Always quickly shipped and always what I ordered.
