just got the last of my gear yesterday, went in gp website to verify my isn numbers and all orals were authentic they said, but it told me my inj were not authentic. the numbers on the bottles were exactly the same isn numbers, ive already did my first inj, planning on starting orals tomorrow morning before workout. im alittle worried about it what do u guys think????:confused:

This is not something new for us. In our experience when we worked with Axiolabs such events occurred more often. Due to some unexplained facts sometimes manufacturers do not update their site with ISN numbers in timely manner. In such cases you need to contact them directly and remind them :)

Does their website seem slow for anyone else ?
I tried to place an order yesterday , got most of the things I wanted into the cart and then the page just keeps loading but doesn't go anywhere.. It only seems to slow down as soon as you use the search function..
I thought I'd try again today and the same thing.. About every 1 in 10 attempts takes me to the page I want to go but the rest of the time the page takes forever to load.. I've spent the last hour not getting anywhere and have given up for now thinking it must be a server problem on their side..

Also , Are Roids-Shop.Net run by the same people.. ?

I'm still waiting on a reply email and a response from the PM I sent Huge Tom. GBNstore.net seems legit, and has good feedback. However, after ordering Nolvadex for my cycle of gear I already have, and to verfiy this is a realiable source, I'm fairly disappointed. Not only did the Nolva come in a package that had no ISN or Gen-Pharm label, the pills look like nothing I have ever seen. Then when I submitted a ticket to inquire about this, all the response I got was, "Check Gen Pharm's website, we are approved". That's great, I did that before I ordered, but that does nothing to solve my problem. So I sent an email back in response to that response. Nothing. Then I submitted another ticket. After I did this, I was told very sternly not to submit multiple tickets, then told "We are approved by Gen Pharm". Gear was either fake or wrong. I'm trying to verify, and customer service has been less than impressive. So tread lightly and cautiously. If this problem gets corrected, I will be the first to say it's been taken care of.

Wow!! For a company that prides itself on "24/7 customer support" I'm pretty shocked. Still no reply to my email after placing an order. Still no response after PMing Huge Tom. Still no response to my second ticket except for "do not submit multiple tickets". Pretty confident GBNstore.net is a scam. Stay away...a real shame, was looking forward to doing a lot of business.

bro, it seems you are checking "wrong tickets", gbn has 24 hour customer support and anyone here can confirm this, I got your PM on Friday but replied today as I was out of country with some friends.

P.S. If you closed a ticket there is no chance customer support will see it, if you created a new ticket or replied to the old one and did not got a reply within 24 hours that means they did not got your ticket and you can contact me giving ticket ID so I can check what happened. But I assure you and you can ask any of our customers that replies are within 24 hours, sometime instant, there are cases when our CS "chats" with customers when both are online.

bro you worry too much, ticket is #1 to communicate with customer and this is stated in our FAQ. I am here as additional help so you dont expect me to answer in 24 hours however I am always doing this with some small exceptions.

Well, Tom is a nice and correct person. I think the fact that he did not ask me to delete some posts shows that he has nothing to hide and respects each customer. My appreciation bro.

i have not ordered from him but if he is here and on cm he is good to go people need to learn to relax. that is what im learning to do. if there is problems with sponsors they need to be addressed to the sponsor or rep not on the forum the forum is last resort to post problem

Tom you are so true when you say to think of it as your main and best supplier. I am sold on GBNstore. Since my last post I have ordered two more times, the last being a large order with bulk products (split cost with training partner) and continue to have no problems in receiving the products. In fact, the last order was paid through Paypal, so no damn WU fees. After 3 orders I guess you are considered a trusted customer and can use that option. Hopefully everyone who is using GBN is having the same pains-free results of receiving the product like I am. I know after getting shit on by other sites, this one is a dream. I have read alot of post about not getting answers from Customer support to their tickets. I have sent 5 diff. tickets since dealing with GBN and ALL have been answered within a short time (a day and half was the longest). So good luck guys with GBN b/c I continue to say it is hands down the best site I have used!

Yes, I confirm that, GBN is the best, my first order was perfectly received in 2 weeks and I'd receive the first part of the second order, no problems at all with this page, and they answer my tiquets in one-two days.
