I placed an order with them last month. After other obligations pushed forward, I was not able to fulfill my order with them. Huge Tom emailed me and assured me that he'd not only put my order on hold but he offered me a discount on double the order. That came as a perfect birthday present for me. I got my order today. 9 business days from when it was shipped. You can't ask for more than that!

Mine wasn't that quick. I got my order 13 days after shipment. Although the envelope was torn, the product was there and perfectly packaged.
