GBN Progress - 515 Squat

People have been wondering how my training is going... Well, it couldn't be better thanks to GBN Store.

I started really really weak on my squat and have battled an uphill battle to get it to where it is now. On GBN Gear I finally squatted 515.

My best competition squat is 450... Since that competition (a few months ago) to now my squat is up 65lbs... I don't compete again until december.

Imagine the possibilities :)
