today I will start my cycle and training log
the products im using are from GBN and kalpa brand cycle is test sust 1050mg per week 3ml split sunday and weds 1.5ml each jab deca 750mg per week 3 ml all sunday boldenone 900mg per week 3ml all weds no orals training will be 5 days week week 1 mon-chest/tri tue -back/bi wed-delts/traps thrs-legs fri-arms week 2 mon-chest/tri tue-back/tri weds-hams/calves thrs-delt/traps Friday-quads/calves main goals forcus on arms and legs no about where I stand at moment I have had the whole summer off any sort of diet lots crap as just wanted to have break and no gear too had break from that too so my diet has been shit for few months and also drunk quite bit over this time witch is not normally like me and also training has been hit and miss no consistency at all and I haven't stepped in the gym in over two weeks due to holidays with kids and things so I am in a bit of bad state but now is time for me to get back into things add back some size that I have lost ready for leaning out next year for getting back on stage current weight is 83.9kg biggest I have been is 90kg so hell of loss over last few months 5ft,6 is how tall i am ideal is to get some size back and hopefully add some more but if could get back to 90kg that main goal I know I have lot of bodyfat but at moment have no goal of stripping this and will except a bit more to add the size so not exactly clean bulk here is my day 1 pics (shocked when misses took these how out shape had become ) will update with pics but not weekly maybe half way and at end or maybe more if feeling good in gym training will start today and will log training and rough macros consumed as not been eating well so need to get back into consistency |
todays first session was hard
everything felt heavy so went light and just starting workout flat barbell bench 5 sets 10-15 reps incline plate loaded machine 4 sets 12reps flat fly 3 sets 10reps Lachine press sets 15 reps dips 3 sets to failure rope push down 3 sets 12 reps skull crusher 3 sets 10 reps went really easy on first one and felt like one of hardest ive done also suppliments im only using intra workout hjave intra carbs and BCCAs and l glutamine in a mix during workout that's it for now also have to mention the gear normally after a break the first few jabs can be sore but I am not feeling any pain from injection spots at all also went in really smooth like to take time anyway but just seemed smother than normal and went it pretty fast |
Andy, good looking cycle. You'll get back what you lost and more in no time. How long do you plan to run your cycle? Any thoughts on starting with lower doses of AAS and increasing the doses as you progress? For supplementation take a look at Tribulus Terrestris. and plan to run for 12-13 wks max start December was end time as come end of feb I hope to be start slowly stripping fat and I haven't I just like to pick cycle and stick with it think its just better as the increase and decrease is where think worst part is emotionally so like to keep myself as level as possible all way and with supplements I don't often use anything but had mate who gave up bodybuilding and does crossfit now I know the shame and I had all hes suppliments off of him so im just going to use them during this cycle |
this week has been tough first week back but feeling better now and already feel getting some shape back
been going quite light with training tues done back and bi weds done delts and traps nothing to really report training wise will give more detail if feel or when start really pushing things done my next jab last night as planned quads it was and was smooth have had no pip today and was worried as haven't jabbed in quad in ages also with nutrition wise I have tracked what I have eaten the last few days and will be adjusting if needed protein is 225-250g carbs is 450-500g fats is 150-170g cals 4250-4500 cals and macros vary due to dinner and things are just average family meal and can vary |
any word on gbn?

sunday jabs done all smooth again no pip so far this has been smoothest stuff had before had kalpa brand before and seems even better with smooth oil and no pip cant comment on how feel at moment as will take few weeks to comment on that but feeling good being back in gym after first week two leg days this week love it really need to work on calves so any tips be great |

start of week 4
feeling lot better this week ready to start pushing limits in the gym for me now I haven't jumped on the scale this week as will probably will do every couple of weeks from this week will now update more with food intake and training as feel finaly getting there also have few pics took couple in gym and one just this Sunday in garden fat level isn't great and I know but not looking to resolve this at the moment that will come next year |

]feel like things are really kicking in now night sweats im getting don't normally get this bad as been but its not a problem the pumps in the gym have been great cant explain how good gym is feeling at the moment stepped on the scale this weekend and was 89.8kg so weight is creaping up slowly but good going for now hope this carries on daily food is something like this just rough idea also when say shake what I do is blend up few things ie 350ml milk 100g oats half banana scoop protein powder and 35-40g of peanut butter this is what I call my high cal shake nearly 1000cals in there but peanut butter always good way to add more cals in it meal 1 -- high cal home made shake meal 2 --- 6 eggs whole and bowl porridge and half pint milk during workout I have chocolate bar and intra carbs with bcaa and l glutamine meal 3 -- chicken legs and sweet potatoes some veg meal 4 --high cal home made shake meal 5 -- spag bol meal 6 -- 4 eggs or eggs 2 bacon and Weetabix x4 meal 7 bed time shake my meal 3 is always the same as my meal 5 from the prev day as misses just cooks extra the intra workout and bedtime shake is something ive not really done before my friend just gave up bodybuilding and I had all hes supps off him so thought id use it all also I take creatine morning and pre workout training ive been going for high reps at moment and may go for some good weights next week see how strength is doing so far im feeling this could be a good cycle and feeling great every winter my bulk cycle seems to go wrong either come down with bad colds or something stands in way of training or getting food in but all seems to be going well ill add some pics of what took in the gym couple of selfies and I know beard is getting out of control look homeless will have to go get trim soon |

start of week 6
mid way now thinks really starting to show I feel training is going great the punmps in the gym have been great defo be keeping intra carbs too when bulking ot sure how much of difference made but really feel it helps with the pumps said I wasn't going to step on scale this week only every weeks but stepped on and was 90.2kg so still moving up so cant complain not sure wat should aim for but not really bothered im feeling good and can feel like im adding size had some epic crap at weekend with deserts and stuff but hey only little bit and im already fat have sore spot on jab this morning from last night this is first time so have to put down to jab and not gear related as been very sooth so far but cant have them perfect everytime although I don't do my own I have them done to me any questions on how im feeling or what experenceing go ahead and ask will always be honest oh I am not taking any AI or hgc or anything during cycle have on hand if needed but don't feel need to control it and water bloat aint going to really effect that much when I am hardly in shape anyway maybe some gym selfies this week or would like to see vids harder to take but may be able to slip few in while not looking like nob in gym |

week 7
well not much but bad news to report this week weds I had some bug or something was being sick and couldn't eat so missed gym weds I went thrs but may aswell not have was bad workout and just made me worse not better so had the Friday off too so my eating has been hardly anything all weekend porb less that 1500 cals and generally junk so not much to give you update on this week im still not feeling 100% but think ill be ok and get back to it today and see how I feel so no pics as was ill and didn't want to get on scale as know would be a drop so lets hope can get back to it and get back eating well this week |
Well, sometimes we need rest, for example I take 1 week rest each 2 months.

also back training this week and has gone well
haven't smashed it but been some good pump sessions eating has got back up again so over the worst of it two more training days this week was ment to be a twice legs this week but didn't so only once that was yesterday and arms only once too this week just standard split think will do same next week too see how I feel |
sorry been away
had week off work to spend with kids on there holidays managed to train a push pull legs so only 3 days and eating in last week has been loads take aways and candy and ice cream but wasn't too bad felt like nice week off always good to make time for the family this life can really get your attention away from what really matters also I trained with my 14 year old son who now wants to come with me all time so im going to join him up and take him few times a week |

Hope you make it on stage in 2018. Since I got back to the gym in January 2017 I'm up almost 40lbs. I'm going to see if I can't do one last show myself late 2018.

just little update before my weekely one
had to say about training this week has been great really feel liked pushed myself so after couple weeks due tot cold and stuff witch I seem to get on every bulk winter cycle I do but hey was only couple weeks also eating has been great really getting food in as somethings just not hungry trying to force it in so east all going down well so all seems to be going well although coming to an end soon nearly down to last vials so prob get 4 weeks out of it will continue log but not doing a PCT to speak as I will be just lowering to TRT cruise dose and bit of nolva to deal with any issues but will run through that process as the time comes |

this week is what I call the end of the cycle
so yesterday had normall jabs and from next week will be lowering the doses thill just running test at trt I find it better this way rather than stop it will look something like was 3 ml of test/deca/EQ so next week will be 3ml test 2ml eq and deca then 2ml test 2ml EQ and drop the deca and so on till running 1/2ml test per week will still keep log all way through and let you know how feeling and so on my current weight is 92.3kg so nearly 10kg up from where started as was 83.9kg when started will get some pics done by misses and upload when can and keep log going also do most people just drop/stop the cycle or titrate down to lessen effects |
I've seen people do both. Since I usually use longer ester compounds I start PCT same time as my last injection.

Little update
