Sorry everyone who waited a few days for my replies.

We did some changes/updates for our software which caused some tickets to be un-seen.

It is all good now, everyone got my reply.

I think its broke again.

I've been trying to get in touch with huge Tom for almost 2 weeks, no reply. Through tickets and his email. Anybody else heard from him?
