Contest prep/Syntherol log
HI all
Im a new guy here of course but not new to training or gear. I been training since i been 12 ( long time ago lol) using gear since the 90s but had a quite few year break due to life . fast forward , i always wanted to to a show and did my first one this year taking fourth in novice and fourth in the open . Been talking with Huge Tom about kalpa gear and im going to run a log using his gear in contest prep . I started this a few weeks ago running another labs gear until my Kalpa arrived . After HT and i figured out what we were going to do the gear was shipped and got to me pretty quick . Shipping times are important but in precontest mode its very nerve raking waiting on stuff to show up . GNB was on top of everythingand like i said shipped promptly I started my prep July 5th for a nov 14th show. I want plenty of time to lean out slow and retain as much size as i can. Last show i started 16 weeks out and dropped from 210lb to 165 stage ready . Im hoping to be in the light heavies this time My quads need more size so im running a syntherol protocol on them . I already started using it a few weeks ago and can see a sizable difference in them . Im very pleased so far with how things are going . Im also not doing the tear drop for now . it will save some oil and hopefully still look ok SYNTHETEK SYNTHEROL - Amounts per Muscle Group DAY 01-10 - 1ml per muscle head - 14 injections per day = 140ml DAY 11-20 - 2ml per muscle head - 14 injections per day = 280ml DAY 21-30 - 3ml per muscle head - 14 injections per day = 420ml 6 WKS MAINTENANCE - 3ml per muscle head, per week - 14 injections per week = 252ml TOTAL ML's: 1092ml TOTAL BOTTLES: 11 bottles of Synthetek's Syntherol TOTAL pins: 508 pins needed My starting stats are 44yrs old 5'7" 207.5 lbs The first part of my prep is going to be a lean gain phase Gain 30 Pounds of Mass in 30 Days | IronMag? Bodybuilding & Fitness Portal Phase #1 (Compensation): 30 days • 200 mg of Test Propionate daily. • 10 mg of Methyl-1-Testosterone, taken 2X daily. • 10 mg of Superdrol, taken 2X daily. • 3-5 IU of GH, taken 2X daily. • 6-10 IU of Humalog w/ each meal (every 3rd day off). • 500 mg of Glucophage, taken 2X daily. I will get this log up to date in a few days and give some feedback on Kalpa ,pip if any ect.. Diet is on point , This is what i just switched to after dropping slin . I had more carbs in but started to hold to much water so i dropped the slin and some carbs . Will post up progress pics for the last few weeks
Diet Meal 1 – 4 whole eggs, 2 slices of Ezekiel toast with organic butter, a teaspoon of coconut oil Meal 2 – 40 grams of whey protein Meal 3 – 6 oz of cooked chicken, 1 cups of white rice Meal 4 preworkout – 40 grams of whey iso, ½ cup of cream of rice (dry), 1 tbsp of nut butter, 0 calorie choc syrup Intra – 1 scoops of Intra MD Meal 5 post workout – 1 scoop KarboLoad , 1 scoop of dymatize hydroized protien Meal 6 6 to 8 oz ground turkey. GBN and Huge Tom are a great thing. Very impressed with the progress you've made. I love how you blocked the page in your front pic. That's awesome.
Syntherol, that scares the crap out of me. I have not used it, but I was told it could be very painful. Is that true? I know some negative stories have come up recently, but I also know a few guys who recently told me they use it sparingly and get solid results. Good luck on the competition. It can be a bit painful but if you take your time and do small steps with it its not to bad. MY quads feel like i did a leg workout every day . I have more updates to post till get up to speed here with where im at in my progress I honestly get compliment on my legs in the gym here and there . People can see my sweep threw my sweat pants :D |

thanks for following along guys. I stop SEO the for two days , my one quads was tight and kinda hard ish . Massaged it and used my roller and it was fine . It prob would have been fine anyway but id rather be a bit on the cautious side than end up with a hard or lumpy muscle
going to fast forward a bit here . Ill post my progress pics with my weight. i was up to 223lbs but was retaining a ton of water so we ( i have a friend helping coach me ) decided to cut back on carbs and drop slin . I dropped 9 lbs the week after i did that . Still been running the 30lbs in 30 days less then slin had to drop my orals last week so i only ran them 3 weeks . lethargy was getting the best of me Got my package from GBN over the weekend. It was packed pretty good and arrived quickly. I pinned sus350 by itself to see if any pip. No pip going in and none this morning.. Also started eq300 and npp100. Will be doing Sus350 mon/Wed/Fri npp eod eq300 mon/Wed /Fri I'll probably run this for about 4 weeks then drop the sus and start cutstack here is my lower back at 207lbs , cant find the 223lb pic but lower back was WAY softer [IMG]http://i493.photobucket.com/albums/r...psucwagllc.jpg[/IMG] |
last Saturdays weigh in was 202lbs . Puts me 15 weeks out . Im hoping in two more weeks to have my lower back tight and will hopefully add some soze from the npp and sus

today's weigh in and pics were kinda disappointing to me . weighed in at 202lbs and lower back looks no better. I did switch compounds so that might be the water retention . coach said we will wait till mid week and recheck things and go from there . giving time for the new stuff to work some more before we change things

but I am extremely please with my seo,quads run. I went to the massage therapist later week and she worked me over . she was like dam,your quads are tight :D she got done and they were much better and I was more flexible
I went every other day pinning for a few days to make sure the muscle stays soft and I'm not as sore . You chosen way of hiding the face makes these pictures even more fun. Those legs are beast. You’re seeing good progress. I wouldn’t mind getting to 202. Do you have a diet and training log here?

I'll switch out the Ezekiel bread for muffins sometimes, the muffins are kick ass .I'll saute some onions and garlic then take the eggs and make a omelet then add the feta and some tomato . I spend the coconut oil on the bread (toasted) the sprinkle no Cal sweetener and some cinnamon . Pretty tasty breakfast

I’m just wondering, you cutting? Oh, I use Myfitnesspal too. And I think that food looks amazing. :)
So coconut oil, do you think it is better than olive oil? I have some, but I’ve been using olive oil for all my cooking. |

Coconut oil taste way different. I don't cook with it to much, just use it as a spread on my breads till I cut them bread out. I've done chicken in it where I cut breast into bite size pieces and used coconut oil to lightly fry them. It's not to bad and different. I've even tossed on some unsweetened coconut flakes to give it a bit extra |

I'm the same way, always looking for a good healthy recipe or spice to jazz things up.
Hopefully if my plan is executed properly I'll come in 20lbs heavier then my last show and more conditioned. |

Monday night workout
National chest day lol, shoulders and triceps Slight incline bench with dumbells (first notch on the adjustable bench) sets of 8 running the rack starting with 40lbs and going up 10lbs each set. Then a 10 second pause at the end of each set. Careful with heavier weight with the pause. It's easy to pull a shoulder muscle 4 sets of 12 incline bench on the Smith machine. Bar dropping at the bottom of the chest 4 sets of six flat bench with a 1 second pause at the bottom 3 sets of 10 Machine flies with a squeeze then one drop set for 10, 10 then till failure Shoulders 4 sets of 8 seated dumbells 1 set of John Meadows hang and swing destroyer set Drop set of 60,30 then 15 http://youtu.be/HxFs72mYYsM Triceps 4 sets of 12 rope push downs with a flex at the bottom Tricep gauntlet, check out the video by kali muscle and CT fletcher. For abs I do ax chops. Start the video about 5 minutes in.

Running a bit behind on my update. Tuesday was back and bicep day.
I always warm up my shoulders and rotator cuffs with some band work. 4 sets of 12 lat pull down 4 sets of 8 low seated pulley rows 4 sets of 8 bent barbell row ( Yates style) 3 sets of 15 straight arm pull down laying forward on a bench at a 45 degree angle. Killer lat exercise Biceps 4 sets of 8 Dumbell curls. Did 4 on each side then back to the other arm for 4 more with a squeeze at the top. 3 sets of 8 heavy partial preachers. top of the motion with constant tension 2 sets Machine curls 8 on each side then 8 with both arms Doing cardio, mon, tue , thur and Fri. Doing 30 minutes Hitt |
Wednesday
Leg day! Warm up elliptical machine for 5 min Leg ext warm up seated leg curls warm up 6 sets of 8 seated leg curls 3 sets of 15 leg ext 8 reps till I couldn't get 8 leg press 3 sets 10 hack squats 3 sets 10 each leg single leg split squats 2 sets leg ext to failure Starting maintenance on my quads with the seo. Doing 3ml each site weekly. Most likely till very close to my show |

Warm up as always Working sets 4 sets of 8 single arm lat pull downs. These work very good. Saturday was leg day again, and it was sick and I mean sick!
Warmed up like normal Then to the squat rack Two warm up sets with the bar for 25 reps Working set, this sounds easy but holy shit 10 sets of 25 with 135lbs halfway threw I wanted to puke a few more sets I could barely stand 3 sets of 10 hack squats 4 sets of 10 leg curls partials on the bottom end 3 sets of 20 leg ext Hunker over the trash can and get ready to blow chunks lol |

Bit of a meal plan change today. Dropped the ezekial bread :(, moved my 11:30 protein and rice meal to Preworkout. Switched to protein and rice meal for two cans of tuna in water, 11:30 meal now. I use a bit of onion, spicy mustard, old Bay, cayan pepper and season salt in my tuna.

Pretty happy with this week\'s progress. Waist tightened up some and diet is going good. Wasn\'t sure how the lack of carbs till pre-workout would be but I feel fine. Decided to drop the clen this week and hold off till I get to the stubborn fat left to run it again.... I think lol
