test out h20 coming off little tighter each day grinding one more week should be the toughest show I have ever done with the most competition trying to ignore any distractions and noise and stay focused on what I can control cannot control who shows up and how good they will be on game day hopefully I will come alive on stage and surprise alot of people it will be nice to shut the mouths of some of the shit talkers in my area who try and tear me down winning should be good for the soul....and bad for their ego :D:D |

211.8 very successful all in all one hell of a year dont want to get into placings as I was warned by 2 promoters in my area not to travel to compete where I did lots of complaints about collusion and lots of political posturing about where you are from people who have won multiple shows this year in other places were there and placing 4th I brought a whole crew of people so I was given a "consolation" placing out of respect, but for the most part from what I saw, what I heard, and what the reactions were, it wasnt really close. I believed the overall was mine, but this was not my time Sometimes things happen for a reason, and they are often exactly what needs to happen at that moment in the moment they dont make any sense, but I know 6 months from now when the bar is heavy and bending from the weight, this scenario will play in my mind and since I cannot accept it, I will strive on and push through because this feeling will remain fresh at that time no downloaded pix yet but will be looking for them |

VOLUME is still high. light weights, relative to normal.
joints are freaking killing me not accustomed to the volume, but someone asked me if i had on shoulder pads and touched my shoulders... hey Ill take what I can get, no matter if it is dumb or not :D |

high weight high reps collapsed after with cramps, shaking. awesome to have a clear mind. feeling cleansed after some bs in my professional life amazing how it effected me without even knowing, but amazing how the training brings it all back in perspective 2015 coming |
