celebrating on sunday back workout high hammer rows 5 pps + 25(needed a spot) rack deads super set w/ t bar went up to 4 pps and 4 on the t bar b/o rows super set w/ reverse hypers low cable partials cable curls dumbell curls rope cable hammer curl - went a little too heavy, but a little cheating never hurt anybody March has been good to me as it has been a lot of hard work on cardio, and no slowing down on the weights just a shout to GBN for the products and service that are going to bring me to the stage. Hopefully representing and doing them proud |

kalpa prop is going well so far 2 pins no pip. have a recent surge in sebaceous activity so I am trusting there has been a surge n T levels wit the short acting ester
cardio followed by more cardio also playing the hunger games :(:( |

added some mast for the last bit here.
workouts are little longer due to the higher reps and different intensity techniques like super sets and drop sets Amazingly have enough energy to get through them, but the endurance suffers towards the end last leg day consisted of leg culrs w partial at the end of the last set (10 sec btwn partials to failure) leg press after warm ups 5 sets of 25 reps lunges sets of 40 http://i40.tinypic.com/zin7mg.jpg stiff legged deads (until my back could not do anymore: was @ 7 sets, reps didnt count and increased weight each time) |
