VOLUME is still high. light weights, relative to normal.
joints are freaking killing me not accustomed to the volume, but someone asked me if i had on shoulder pads and touched my shoulders... hey Ill take what I can get, no matter if it is dumb or not :D |

best off season workout to date
high weight high reps collapsed after with cramps, shaking. awesome to have a clear mind. feeling cleansed after some bs in my professional life amazing how it effected me without even knowing, but amazing how the training brings it all back in perspective 2015 coming |
